WILTON, Conn. -- Is it a pharmacy? Or a boutique? Lang's Pharmacy, which opened Monday at 28 Center St. in Wilton, is both.
"We are a gift boutique with a pharmacy in it," said Frank Randazzo of Weston. He owns the business with his brother-in-law Peter D'aprile of Newtown, who is also the store's pharmacy manager.
Lang's is located in what was once the post office, according to Randazzo. The most recent tenant in the space was Higgins Group Real Estate, which moved to another location in Wilton.
Randazzo is also the owner of Lang's Pharmacy in Weston, and D'aprile is the owner of Kent Apothecary.
The 1,400-square-foot store in Wilton is a full-service pharmacy that offers delivery service in town. It also sells all-natural, organic cosmetics, body care and beauty products as well as seasonal gifts.
"Lang's is known for its consultations, high-touch customer care and medication synchronization," Randazzo said. "When customers walk in the door, we usually know who they are and why they're coming in, and anticipate their needs."
