SCORE, the library and the Wilton Chamber of Commerce will present “Five Building Blocks of Growth for Your Small Business Workshop 4 of 5,” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, with check-in starting at 5:30 pm at the library, 137 Old Ridgefield Road in Wilton.
"This workshop shows how a business can evaluate its business strategy by estimating the financial value of that strategy: what are the projected revenues, profits and cash flows. It will also cover how those projections can be executed in the form of a business plan," representatives said.
Speaker John Harmon is managing director of Adulant Consulting Services which advises small and medium size businesses on strategies for growth and operating excellence.
