ConEd is putting in a new electrical conduit to improve the business district along River Street and Radisson Plaza. According to the New Rochelle Permits Office, roadside workers are putting in a new electrical conduit. Traffic is not impacted, and several ConEd crews are directing traffic along River Street. Construction is expected to be completed this afternoon.
