WESTPORT, Conn. This holiday season, give greeting cards with a personal touch. On Wednesday night, The Great American Stamp Store in Westport will host a card-making workshop to benefit Pet Protectors Inc., a nonprofit animal rescue organization.
All card-making materials will be provided, and an instructor will be on hand during the two-hour event. Refreshments and a raffle will also be part of the evening.
The store is donating 20 percent of its sales from the night to Pet Protectors. The workshop is scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at 1015 Post Road E., between Country Curtain and Carvel. Admission is $10.
