Woman Arrested For Burglaries That Included $30K Theft Of Jewelry, Electronics, Wilton PD Says

A woman wanted in connection with two residential burglaries in Fairfield County that included $30,000 in jewelry and electronics being stolen, has been arrested.

Gabrielle Wallen, 36, of Orange, Connecticut, was arrested on Monday, Feb. 3, in connection with the theft that took place on June 16, 2019 in Wilton, police said.

Both burglaries took place on Horseshoe Road and Old Huckleberry Road, Wilton Police said.

The Horseshoe Road theft included the $30,000 theft of jewelry, electronics, and other items, police said.

Although entry was never gained into the house on Huckleberry Hill Road, there was a significant amount of damage to the entryway door and its frame leading into the house from the garage, police added.

Wallen was charged with conspiracy to commit larceny, larceny, and two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary.

A bond amount was not provided.
