With hits like “Spinning Wheel,” “You’ve Made Me So Very Happy,” and “Hi-De-Ho,” Blood Sweat and Tears is known for fusing together rock, blues and pop with horn arrangements and jazz improvisation creating the genre “jazz-rock.” Many critics consider the band to be the musical version of Saturday Night Live and to this day high school and college musicians are taught to play with BS&T charts.
