D'Adamo will give a lecture on Thursday, Nov. 6, at 7 p.m. at the Bedford Family Center at 14 Allen Raymond Lane, Westport. The event is free and open to members and non-members.
D'Adamo has authored 18 books on health and nutrition and further refined his research to include the emerging science of nutrigenomics.
In his lecture entitled, "The Promise of Personalized Nutrition," D’Adamo will discuss the proven connection between our genetic makeup and many of our nation’s most serious and costly health problems – obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, cognitive decline, and inflammation among them.
He will offer practical, evidence based solutions that focus on nutritional therapy based on your unique individuality.
