WILTON, Conn. – The Wilton Family YMCA is hosting its 28th Annual Wilton Community Celebration “I Love Rock ‘n Roll” on Saturday, Nov. 1, at 6:30 p.m. at Rolling Hills Country Club.

A silent auction will be held during the cocktail hour and attendees will have the opportunity to take a photo with an Elvis impersonator.

Rock/disco/funk band Pimpinella will excite guests with their sound and energy as they perform to this year’s theme “I Love Rock n’ Roll” after a rock n’ roll inspired dinner.

Emcee Megan Smith-Harris of Wilton Magazine will be the auctioneer for the live auction which includes VIP tickets to "Good Morning America," a hockey stick signed by Martin St. Louis of the New York Rangers, a football signed by Joe Namath, a staycation in New Canaan complete with overnight stay, dinner and private tour of the Glass House, and rink side tickets at Madison Square Garden for a New York Rangers hockey game.

The Wilton Family YMCA is bestowing  the 28th Annual Distinguished Citizen Award on Bruce Beebe and A Better Chance of Wilton. The award recognizes individuals and organizations that demonstrate a commitment to improving the quality of life in Wilton.
