WILTON, Conn. -- Santa Claus is coming to the Wilton Historical Society's Great Trains Holiday Exhibit on Saturday, Dec. 14 from noon to 4 p.m..

Santa’s helpers will also be on hand to decorate gingerbread cookies and make pomander balls from 10 a.m. to noon.

The Society's 18th and 19th century buildings have been transformed into a winter wonderland, complete with nine tables and 16 different layouts, all winding through forests of trees and lights.

The trains run until Jan. 20, 2014 on Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.

Admission is free for children and members, $10 for nonmembers.

The Historical Society is at 224 Danbury Road (Route 7), Wilton
