Felice A. Barnes, 52, was stopped on I-87 at approximately 8:09 p.m. for multiple traffic violations. Upon further investigation, officers found that Barnes was intoxicated.
She was taken to state police barracks in Tarrytown where it was determined her blood alcohol content was 0.09 percent.
She was released to a third party and is due back in the City of Yonkers Court Friday, July 17.
