Zerbini Family Circus: 4 and 6:30 p.m. Don't miss aerialists, clowns, jugglers, acrobats, camel rides, food and much more during this family-friendly circus. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Kids under 2 are free. Tickets can be purchased online . Saxe Middle School Field, 468 South Ave., New Canaan. (Circus continues Saturday at the same times.)
Campout at Earthplace: 6 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday. Go camping with the family at Earthplace. Watch a family-friendly movie, go for a hike and meet one of the Animal Hall residents. Participants should bring tents and dinner, which can be cooked over the campfire. Breakfats and bathrooms will be provided. Cost is $100 per family, or $140 per non-member family. Saturday, June 22
Tales to Tails: 11 a.m. to noon. Children of all ages are invited to read stories to therapy dogs, provided by the Ridgefield Operation Animal Rescue's Therapy Dog Program. The use of therapy dogs in reading programs can help children become more comfortable reading out loud. Children must read independently to participate in this program. Foreigner Concert: 9 p.m. See Foreigner live in concert. Organized by the Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts, tickets range from $70 to $250 and up, and can be purchased online or by calling 866-811-4111.Doors open at 8 p.m. Staples Field House, 70 North Ave., Westport.

“The Show-Off:" 3 p.m. Catch the Westport Country Playhouse production of this funny, surprising and moving story of a family in upheaval when their youngest daughter becomes engaged to a brash loudmouth.
