Wilton High School Football: 7 p.m. The Wilton High School Warriors visit the Bassick High School Lions. Kennedy Stadium, 555 Madison Ave., Bridgeport.
Visions and Versions of America: Three Views From Fiction at Wilton Library: 4 to 5:30 p.m. In three lectures on American fiction, Mark Schenker, Yale College dean of academic affairs, will consider how the geographical and cultural aspects of northern New England, the Deep South and the American West enrich and complicate our national identity. Each session will consist of a one hour talk, followed by a question and answer period. Wine and cheese will be served. Registration highly recommended.
