WILTON, Conn. — The Wilton Historical Society will be enjoying a page from the recent past as it call all Flappers, Gangsters, Sheiks and Shebas to enjoy a Prohibition-Era 'Tea' Party.
The fundraiser will be held on Saturday, June 4, from 7:30 p.m. until the Fat Lady Sings at 11 p.m.! In the parlance of the 1920s, do you know your onions? Use your peepers so you don’t miss a party that’s sure to be the bee’s knees!The Wilton Historical Society is having a swell tea party with giggle water and a whangdoodle! Every hotsy-totsy flapper and highjohn will be dudded up. So don’t be a bluenose! Send in your RSVP so you’re on the trolley!

Guests will be transported back to a time of speakeasys with passwords, flappers, gangsters, alcoholic drinks served from “tea” pots and an air of giddy celebration.
Jazz-era/Flapper-style attire will add to the fun, as will signature cocktails.
Guests will be served delicious canapes, prepared by Chef Michael Charles of Wilton, while the Pretty Good Gatsbys Jazz Band will provide music.
