Alice McMahon, star of the Stratford-based company’s “Becoming Dr. Ruth,” was named Outstanding Actress in voting among the company’s nearly 1,000 subscribers.
The one-woman show by Mark St. Germain closed the company’s 27th season just last month.
McMahon has previously won for her roles in “Southern Comforts” and “Not Waving.”
Square One’s 28th anniversary season will open on Nov. 2 with Steven Levenson’s workplace comedy “Core Values.”
