Is it a coincidence all this comes just after Tax Day? One can only guess.

And if that's not enough, today is National Ex-Spouse Day, created in 1987 by the Rev. Ronald Coleman of Kansas City, M. (We won't even try to guess what he was thinking.)

Here's what we do know: National Stress Awareness Day was started by the Health Resource Network (HRN) in 1992 to raise awareness of stress.

We've all heard the stress remedies -- breathe, relax, exercise, pamper yourself, let your emotions go, and so on. There's even an app for that: check out DeStressify.

And now: To add to your stress, this story, asking for your thoughts and opinions.
