Wilton Fifth, Sixth Grade Boys Win Two Of Three

WILTON, CONN. – The Wilton Fifth/Sixth grade boys team won two of three games recently, beating New Canaan and Darien, but losing to Fairfield.

The team started the weekend by beating New Canaan and Darien on Saturday, Feb. 21. New Canaan fell by a 42-25 score, while Darien was beaten 51-32.

A balanced team effort was behind the Darien win, as Kyle Burns (15 points), Joshua White (11 points), and Ben Wiener & Trevor Martines (7 points apiece) led the way.

Martines added 10 points against Fairfield, but the Stags pulled away for a 55-23 win on Sunday, Feb. 22.
