Wilton Garden Club Hosts Mother's Day Plant Sale On The Green

WILTON, Conn. -- The Wilton Garden Club will host its 75th Annual Mother’s Day Plant Sale on the Wilton Town Green. 

The sale will be from noon to 6 p.m. Friday, May 9, and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 10. The sale will be on the Town Green at 101 Old Ridgefield Road.

The event will be featuring a variety of plants and other items for sale, including:

  • “Members’ choice” best plants offerings
  • Perennials, most hand-dug from members’ gardens
  • Unique and colorful annuals
  • Wide selection of herbs and herb containers
  • Locally grown “Offinger” tomato plants and other vegetables
  • Shrubs and trees
  • Garden tag sale
  • Mother’s Day gifts, including baskets, patio containers and terrariums

The Wilton Garden Club plant sale offers a great opportunity to pick up a living Mother's Day gift for your special mom, said Nan Merolla, garden club president.
