Wilton Go Green Festival Set For Sunday

WILTON, Conn. -- The 2014 Wilton Go Green Festival is set for Sunday, May 4.

The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the Wilton Town Green and at the Wilton Library. The event promises to showcase individuals, nonprofit organizations and businesses that "offer ideas or products that are in keeping with Wilton Go Green’s mission of educating the community in achieving a culture of conservation and environmental sustainability," according to a press release. 

"Our 2014 exhibitors will appeal to the entire family," representatives said. "Exciting highlights for the Festival include a visit from Atka, the Wolf Conservation Center’s ambassador wolf, sponsored by Deloitte, as well as theWestport Electric Car Club Rally and a variety of live music throughout the day."

More than 60 informative, fun exhibits and activities related to sustainable building and energy, food, land and water, waste, recycling and transportation will be on display, according to the release. The following is a listing of confirmed exhibitors who will be at the festival:
