The findings came as a result of the autopsies conducted by the Westchester Medical Examiner’s Office, according to Westchester County Police spokesman Kieran O'Leary.

The medical examiner’s final report and determinations in this incident will not be completed until the conclusion of the investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board, O'Leary said.

The crash occurred Tuesday, Feb. 3, when a Metro-North train slammed into an SUV on the tracks. Five men aboard the train -- two from Bedford, N.Y., two from New Castle, N.Y., and one from Danbury -- were killed as well as the Edgemont, N.Y., woman in the SUV.
