Construction Worker Injured At Wilton's Miller-Driscoll School

WILTON, CONN. -- A 50-year-old construction worker injured his ribs while working Thursday on the major renovation project at Miller-Driscoll School in Wilton, according to The Wilton Bulletin.

Miller-Driscoll Building Committee members recently learned of the accident, which happened late in the afternoon Thursday when the steel worker was moving equipment and lost his balance. He was treated at Norwalk Hospital, The Wilton Bulletin reports.

The estimated $43 million renovation project includes remodeled classrooms and a new preschool addition, among other things.
