Get Ready To Glide: Ice Rink Opens At Longshore Club In Westport

WESTPORT, Conn. — Winter has arrived at the Longshore Club in Westport with the opening of the P.A.L. Ice Rink.

The rink will be open for skaters ready to hit the ice for the first time this season on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.,and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

Skating lessons and public skater are offered, along with rentals for private parties. 

The cost for public skate is:

  • Adult: $11
  • Adult with handpass: $9
  • Child: $8
  • Child with handpass: $6.50
  • Skate rental: $5

Season passes are also available. 

This rink is located at 260 Compo Road S.

Lessons are offered through the Westport Parks and Recreation Learn to Skate Program for children ages 3 to 15 as well as adults on various days and times. Visit www.westportrecreation.com for more information and to register.
