WILTON, Conn. -- Twelve Wilton Police Department staff members were among the highest-earning town employees in 2015, reported the Wilton Bulletin.
The highest gross salary was paid to Capt. John Lynch, who earned $20,900 above the second-place employee, fire Capt. James Gies, said the Wilton Bulletin.
This fiscal year police rookie patrol officer salaries are $59,582, while highest-earning officers make $81,581, according to the report.
Sergeant's have the highest pay at $94,632, said the Wilton Bulletin.
