Wilton Family Y Offers Services To Those Without Power

WILTON, Conn. -- In the aftermath of the strong storms that caused damage across the state Wednesday evening, there are still residents without power, and the Wilton Family YMCA is offering help. 

The Wilton Family YMCA at 404 Danbury Road is offering services to residents of Redding, Wilton and Norwalk who are still without power.

The Wilton Family YMCA at 404 Danbury Road is providing residents from Redding, Wilton and Norwalk with hot showers, warmth, Wi-Fi, power for recharging cellphones and other electronic devices at no cost. 

This is not the first time the YMCA has helped the residents in the communities its serves. During Hurricanes Irene and Sandy, the Wilton Family YMCA served more than 5,500 non-YMCA members who took advantage of the Y services and its facilities.
