Wilton resident Gretchen Andronaco turned herself in to police Feb. 4 after a warrant was issued for her arrest in a domestic incident between her and her husband in January. Andronacos husband told police that she had hit him with a shoe and pushed him during a verbal argument. When first approached by police, she denied any physical abuse toward her husband.
Police were unable to arrest Andronaco immediately because her husband waited until the next day to report the fight. She was charged with disorderly conduct. The husband did not report any injuries from the incident.
Also in the police blotter:
A Wilton resident complained of harassment by a private snowplow driver Feb. 3 after the driver allegedly called kids punks while clearing a driveway. The plow driver wanted the kids to move so they would not get hurt while he plowed when the altercation took place, police say.
No arrest was made, but the incident was documented.
