WILTON, Conn. – Irving Kolier, 88, died Tuesday, Feb. 17 at Norwalk Hospital.
Born in Astoria, N.Y., the son of the late Morris and Minnie Weinstein Kolier, he was the husband of the late Bernice (Parlato) Kolier. A retired research chemist and founding partner of K & K Labs, he enjoyed classical music, reading and taking care of his family.
Kolier is survived by his children, Mark Kolier and his wife, Michele, of Norwalk; Audrey Andrew and her husband, Jonathan, of Wilton; and three grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a sister.
Cremation services will be held privately through the Magner Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choosing.
