Bloch was born on July 22, 1986.
She was the daughter of Jane Diehl Powell of Wilton and Andrew Lawrence Bloch of New Rochelle, N.Y.
She graduated from Darien High School before graduating from Roger Williams University as an art history major.
Bloch moved with a friend to Aspen to better enjoy the outdoors. While there, she studied nursing at Rocky Mountain College. Bloch later passed her boards and became a registered nurse.
Bloch loved hiking, camping, horseback riding, and summer outdoor concerts with her friends in Aspen. While living in Darien, she was an EMT with Darien's Post 53 at the age of 15.
Bloch is survived by her parents and maternal grandparents, Cynthia and Rick Diehl of Wilton.
She is also survived by her siblings, Caroline Powell and Elizabeth Powell of New Canaan, James Bloch, Hannah Bloch, and Olivia Bloch of New Rochelle, NY; and her step-mother Susan Bloch of New Rochelle.
Visiting hours will be held at the Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home, 5 Wall St. in Norwalk on Friday, Dec. 5, from 4 to 8 p.m.
A celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Community Baptist Church at105 East Ave. in Norwalk.
