Settino was born Sept. 12, 1946, in the Bronx, N.Y., to Peter Anthony and Mary Barile Settino. He was a Wilton resident for 26 years. He grew up in Hartsdale, N.Y., and graduated from Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, N.Y. He continued his education at Iona College, where he played football and later earned an MBA. He served in the New York State National Guard. He retired from IBM where he spent the majority of his career in sales and marketing management.
Settino is survived by his wife, Susan King Settino.
Calling hours are Thursday, Oct. 16 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17 at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 229 Danbury Road, Wilton. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Ridgefield Road (Rte. 33), Wilton.
