Thomas Raymond, 71, Of Wilton

WILTON, Conn. – Thomas Raymond, 71, died Wednesday, Jan. 21 of Lewy Body Dementia.

Raymond was born in New Britain to the late Sherwood and Grace (Goldsborough) Raymond. He worked at Pepperidge Farm for almost 30 years as a quality control manager and Regency Limousine in Wilton until his illness.

He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, boating, island vacations and trips to the casino. He was a member of the St. Ann Club in Norwalk and volunteered often. He also was a member of the Danbury Elks and was once voted as Elk of the Year.

In addition to his wife of 50 years, Vicki, he is survived by his son, Thomas (Gail) Raymond Jr. of New Milford, Connecticut;  daughter Kelly (Dennis) Beckham of Danbury, Connecticut; a brother and sister-in-law in Westport; a sister and brother-in-law in Bethel; a brother-in-law in Wilton; four grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
