He was born in Hartford to Veronica Lorraine Falana and the late James Thomas Sirois.

He graduated with honors from Fairfield Preparatory High School in 1999, and proudly graduated from Georgetown University in 2003 with a BA in Literature.

Jay had a dedication to sports and the people in his life that was truly without equal. Despite living a block from Wrigley Field, the Cubs didn’t win the World Series until 2016, a year after Jay and Lindsey moved to LA.

In 2015, Jay and Lindsey moved to Los Angeles to open AIR® - Aerial Fitness LA in California. In addition, Jay was also a partner in JS TEARNE, Inc., in Norwalk, serving as Director of Finance and Operating officer alongside his partner Chris Tearne, President. Jay was most recently a Senior Project Manager at Cheetah Digital Solutions Worldwide.

As he did every place he lived, he was integral to so many great relationships and beloved by all. Jay continued his education receiving a masters in accountancy, as well as a project management certification at UCLA.

Jay is survived by his mother, Ronnie Falana and stepfather Steven Milo. Jay is also survived by the love of his life and fiancée, Lindsey Duggan as well as by Lindsey’s parents, Rob and Lisa Duggan, his brother, Alex Sirois, goddaughter Addison Marino, godson Miles Mintalucci, their dog Benny, and many loving and cherished friends and family.

He is predeceased by his father James, stepmom Elaine, grandparents Constance Bonaquisto & Franklin Falana, and Arlene and Henry Sirois.
