WILTON, Conn. – A 19-year-old Wilton man turned himself in to police Monday on a warrant charging him in a July accident on Millstone Road that involved injuries, police said.
On July 13, Brandon Beller, of Horseshoe Road, was driving with three passengers in his car when it traveled off the roadway and hit a utility pole, police said. The three passengers were in the rear of the vehicle, where there was no seating or operational seatbelts, police said.
Beller was charged with risk of injury to a minor, a felony. He was also charged with reckless driving and failure to drive right. He was released on a promise to appear at Norwalk Superior Court on Aug. 22.
