The system is available to all Wilton residents over the age of 60, residents who are homebound and the medically disabled. They will receive a daily call at the same time each day asking “Are you OK today?” A simple response tells the automated system that there is no need for follow up contact.

If the telephone line is busy, or there is no answer, the system will call back two more times. If there is still no answer or the line remains busy the information on a data sheet will appear on the screen at the communications center at the Wilton Police Department, and emergency action will begin.
