Donation Box Stolen From Wilton's Our Lady Of Fatima Church

WILTON, Conn. -- A man slipped into Our Lady of Fatima church over the weekend and stole money from a donation box, Wilton Police said.

The theft occurred sometime between Friday and Sunday and was reported to police Monday, Wilton police said.

Our Lady of Fatima Church is located at 229 Danbury Road/Route 7. 

A suspect was recorded on the church's surveillance camera, Wilton police said. The white man appears to be between 40 and 50 years of age and about 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a medium build. 

The man has gray hair and was wearing a green jacket with blue sweatpants that had a stripe down the side.
