WILTON, Conn. -- A Georgia woman was caught in the act of attempting to fraudulently use a debit card at a local bank, Wilton Police said.
Officers were called to the Chase Bank at 33 Ridgefield Road on Dec. 30 on a complaint. After investigating the incident at the scene, officers arrested Brittany Manns, 24, of 1050 New Britain Drive, Atlanta.
She was charged with criminal impersonation, third-degree identity theft, third-degree forgery and fourth-degree attempted larceny.
She was held on $20,000 bond and will appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Jan. 13.
