On Tuesday, arriving officers found Gerard Gaspel of Westport as he was leaving the restaurant, police said.
Gaspel was identified as the man who had been causing a disturbance inside, police said.
Two investors were meeting when Gaspel approached them, "said derogatory things about the establishment and challenged one to a physical confrontation," police said.
When asked to leave, Gaspel refused, police said.
Gaspel was taken into custody and charged with breach of peace. He was released after posting $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Court on Nov. 30.
