all the cars are busy sitting at construction sites running with the AC on with a cop sleeping in them...Also please note we are paying them 65.00 per hours overtime to take a nap.

What a joke considering the failures of the Norwalk Police department are the number one offender..As usual the NPD cannot obey the laws that they are overpaid to enforce...OUTSOURCE THE NORWALK POLICE DEPARTMEN

Was this a one-day crackdown? Seems to me it should be daily. The police departments ought to bring out every unmarked car in their fleets to snag law-breaking drivers unexpectedly.
