A Ridgefield man died in the hospital Sunday, three days after he was struck by a van in Wilton. No charges are pending but the investigation is still open, Wilton Police said.
Photo Credit: FileFrancis Cullen was struck by the van around 9 a.m. Thursday, fell to the ground and hit his head on a driveway. The accident occurred in the common driveway of Scoops and the Village Market.
Police are continuing to investigate and no charges are pending, they said.
