Wilton Cops: $56K In Jewelry, Electronics Stolen

WILTON, Conn. – Approximately $56,000 in jewelry and electronics was reportedly stolen from a Wilton home, and Wilton police are investigating.

Someone broke into a home on Freshwater Lane sometime during the morning hours of Sept. 10 and stole jewelry and computer and camera equipment, police said. Police Capt. John Lynch said that approximately $50,000 of the missing items consisted of jewelry.

Lynch said that while the department does not yet have a suspect, they do have leads. Anyone who noticed suspicious activity on Freshwater Lane is asked to contact the Wilton Police Department at (203) 834-6260.
