Officers were called to 1 Lennon Lane on Sunday, May 15, after resident Margaret Sullivan complained that her neighbors were cutting down a tree on her property, police said.

Police said that they have had to intervene in several dust-ups between Sullivan and her family and the Campbell family next door.

Sullivan showed officers a cellphone video of her neighbor, Tonia Stephens-Campbell, who she said had threatened her sister, Stephanie Sullivan, police said.

Police said Stephens-Campbell admitted making the threat.

Stephens-Campbell, 36, was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace, police said.

Stephanie Sullivan, 43, was also arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace, police said.

Police said Sullivan was additionally charged with third-degree criminal mischief after she grabbed the power cord for the Campbell family's chainsaw.

Both have court dates of Wednesday, May 25, police said.
