WILTON, Conn. – Wilton police were investigating a vehicle accident on Westport Road on Wednesday evening.
The accident occurred at about 6:45 p.m., police said. A dispatcher would not say how many vehicles were involved or how many people were injured.
The investigation into the wreck was continuing, police said. Westport Road, also known as Route 33, was closed between Dudley and Chestnut Hill roads, police said.
