Wilton Police Stepping Up Seat Belt Enforcement

WILTON, Conn. -- With the 2015 Thanksgiving Day holiday fast approaching, the Wilton Police Department has made it clear it intends to promote safe driving.

Law enforcement officers are out on Connecticut roads enforcing the state occupant protection laws, the department reports.

Citations will be issued to those who don’t wear seat belts.
