Fairfield County Officials Join The Center Of Stamford For Fun Fundraiser

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Six Fairfield County elected officials shared holiday cheer while supporting The Center for Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling at the organization's sixth annual Gingerbread Houses & Cocktails for a Cause.

The event took place on Thursday, Dec. 4 at the Country Club of Darien. Proceeds from Gingerbread Houses & Cocktails for a Cause will go to The Center's crisis counseling, advocacy and education programs. The Center serves Westport, Wilton, Weston, Darien, Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk and New Canaan. The Center provided crisis counseling to more than 450 people and prevention education to nearly 20,000 children and adults over the last year alone.
