“As is documented in the official report of the legislature each year, she has literally not missed a day of legislative session or a single vote since being elected to the State Senate in 2008,” McKinney said. “Toni’s work ethic, integrity, ability to multi-task and work well with all sides on difficult issues are the reasons I’ve given her not one, or two leadership positions but three. I always know I can count on her to get things done under tight deadlines and handle difficult, controversial issues well.” Boucher is current chief deputy minority leader in the Senate and ranking member of the General Assembly’s Transportation, Education and Higher Education committees. She is also a member of the Finance Committee.
