The house at 84 Westville Ave. is now listed for sale for $325,000. It had been listed for $289,000 before the Scott brothers renovated the home.

The home features three bathrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,525 square feet of living space. The house is located near the Highland Avenue playground and is just minutes away from Interstate 84.

The home is being marketed by Dawn Grabover of Keller Williams Realty in Ridgefield. The house sits on .25 acres and was built in 1925.

The renovation will be featured on "Buying and Selling with the Property Brothers" in the fall on HGTV.

The Scott Brothers made some dramatic changes. They updated the home while maintaining its original character, and added a new kitchen, new baths, hardwood floors and a master suite.

The home has an unfinished basement and connects to city water and sewers. The renovations included a new patio with a stonewall and retractable awning.

The Property Brothers have been working on homes in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut for the past two months.
