Rockland County's Annual Catholic Charities Dinner Marks Eighth Year

CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- The eighth annual celebration dinner for Catholic Charities Community Services of Rockland is Thursday, Oct. 22. This is the organization's principle fundraiser, according to Martha Robles, Executive Director of CCCSR.

The dinner is at the Colonial Inn, 545 Tappan Road, Norwood. Social hour is 6 p.m. Dinner and program is 7 p.m.

The fundraiser is significant in helping the not-for-profit human service agency meet the growing demand for assistance in Rockland County. 

Whether it's providing food to Rockland's hungry, helping a family stay housed by preventing an eviction or homelessness or keeping power on for an elderly couple, Catholic Charities Community Services of Rockland helps meet that need - serving non-catholics and catholics alike.
