The address and site of the former Juner Properties, which William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty acquired in 2009, has two historic buildings on one parcel of land, both of which have been updated.

One of the buildings is a 200-year-old schoolhouse, first renovated after Rosenthal of Juner Properties acquired it in 1986. It has now been renovated again by William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty to serve as the brokerage’s showroom.
