WILTON, Conn. -- Realty Seven of Wilton presented the Wilton Community Emergency Response Team with a donation check of $2,500 to equip CERT’s new utility vehicle. The donation was made through the Realty Seven Charitable Fund.
“We are thrilled to be able to make this donation, “ said Realty Seven Owner/Broker Peg Koellmer. “Wilton’s CERT program helps train & equip citizens to be prepared to help themselves & their neighbors in the event of a disaster or other common emergency.
"Their volunteers selflessly assist emergency responders in these crises as well as community events such as the July 4th fireworks and Memorial Day parade. We are proud to support this worthy organization.”
The Realty Seven Charitable Fund is funded by the firm’s agents donating a portion of their commissions. Over the past five years, this fund, as well as Realty Seven Inc. has made over 25 donations to local charities and organizations.
