WILTON, Conn. – Here’s a list of home sales and property transfers in Wilton and New Canaan from Sept. 13 to Sept. 20 as reported by the Wilton and New Canaan Town Clerk’s offices:

? John P. and Sarah W. O’Malley sold 55 Range Road, Wilton, to Colton and Jennifer Wright for $703,232.

? Edward F. and Kathy V. Kierce sold 33 Deer Run Road, Wilton, to Kevin E. and Kristyn P. O’Grady for $625,000.  

? 428 Cedar LLC sold 428 Cedar Lane, New Canaan, to Stephen and Ann Cannon for $3.1 million.

? Maples Inn Development LLC sold 179 Oenoke Ridge, New Canaan, to Harriet Plavoukos for $1.3 million.

? The Estate of Teresa Casciari sold 86 Locust Ave., New Canaan, to 86 Locust LLC for $395,000.
