▪ Kimberly B. and Philip L. Asmundson sold 35 New Canaan Road to John P. and Sarah W. O’Malley for $1.55 million.        

▪ Gaetana M. and Vincent J. Cavalea sold 321 Sturges Ridge Road to Michael J. and Pamela J. Sullivan for $929,000.

▪ Isabelle G. and Peter S. Bell sold 14 Silver Spring Road to Elizabeth and Jordan A. Ambargis for $970,000.

▪ Anne P. Hill sold 31 Pheasant Run Road to Austin D. Kauh and Christine C. Yang Kauh for $858,000.
