▪ Dominic and Sara Polito, Polito Enterprises LLC and Gerardo and Mary Jean Romeo sold 31 Springbrook Lane to Paula R. Jones Nunn and Clarence E. Nunn for $2.375 million.

▪ Gail and James Moore Bollinger sold 19 Briardale Place to Gregory H. and Heather K Hall for $979,000.

▪ Lisa M. McSpirit sold 22 Indian Hill Road to Stephen N. Earner for $555,000.

▪ George C. Devol III, Robert V. Devol, Suzanne Judkins and Christine Wardlow sold 990 Ridgefield Road to Brendan Leahy for $280,000.
