WILTON, Conn. – Here’s a list of home sales and property transfers in Wilton from Sept. 7 to 13 as reported by the Wilton town clerk’s office:
▪ Christina D. and Thomas P. McDonagh sold 11 Woodway Lane to Victoria J. Rossi and Brian Sudano for $1.4 million.
▪ Lee G. Wachter sold 40 Hunting Ridge Lane to Daniel J. and Ivelia M. Comeau for $1 million.
▪ Julie Anne R. Valeo sold 18 Chessor Lane to Ledice and Phillip James Sweeney for $540,000.
